Penina Ndire is the AYAN Kenya’s AYP Programs Associate who supports in Advocacy activities cross-departmental grant and project management; monitoring, evaluation and learning; and external engagement needs. She works closely with the Programs and Research Manager and the Technical Director, the financial team and other budget holders in the Department to ensure good stewardship of our grants as well as to build our pipeline and pursue additional funding opportunities. She works in pulling from various resources and working across teams and stakeholders to align donor interest, grant objectives, advocacy objectives and work streams to move major initiatives forward and track their impact.
