Dr Kuya is a public health policy specialist with experience in global health, sexual and reproductive health, health systems strengthening, policy & financing, and managing strategic partnerships within and across diverse sectors in government, non-governmental organizations and academia across Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and Asia.
He holds a doctorate in public health (DrPH) and a master of public health (MPH) from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.
