Mr. Betram Odhiambo
Betram Odhiambo is the Executive Director and the Secretary to the Board who is responsible for the overall leadership and vision of AYAN Kenya, and leads the implementation of strategic organization goals for fundraising, programs, services, administration and staff. He champions the mission and aligns organizational performance strategies with sustainability and growth. He is responsible for AYAN Kenya’s administration of the Advisory Board’s directives and professional standards. He is a Community and Sexual Reproductive Health Rights advocate he hold a Community and Health Systems Accreditation in SRHR, HIV & Case Management. He has key experiences in budget advocacy, policy advocacy, community conversations approach in program design and implementation, with over 8 years of experience in project implementation both locally and nationally on Matters SRHR, Social Protection, HIV/OVC programming and Gender development with key focus on Gender mainstream and Violence Against Children (VAC), Violence Against Women (VAW) and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV). He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Community Health and Development from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and also holds a Certificate in Project Management in Global Health from the University of Washington.
