Victor Opondo is a Professional Strategic Information Officer with seven years of experience, dedicated to tracking and reporting of program indicators. He is experienced in monitoring and evaluation, data collection, entry, analysis and management in HIV/OVC, Livelihoods programming and Gender development. In consultation with the Technical Lead, maintains an M&E plan which links to programme development and reporting requirements and ensure capacity building of field staff to carry out their work. Lead analysis of field assessment and monitoring data, ensuring that lessons learnt are documented and integrated into ongoing programming.
