Crispine Odundo - Finance, Human Resources and Operations

He is a self-driven Finance, Administration and Human Resource practitioner with over 8 years’ experience in the public, private sectors and currently in NGOs. I hold a degree in BA- Finance and Information Technology, Diploma in HRM, a CHRP II candidate and a member of IHRM-Kenya. Other completed trainings are on Gender and Sexual Diversity by USAID & PEPFAR, and Quality Rights on Mental Health by WHO. He oversees accounting operations and resource mobilization initiatives for AYAN- Kenya. Previously, he has worked with NGOs focusing on Human Rights, Advocacy, Health Research (SRHR, HIV), GenderBasedViolence (GBV), Resource Mobilization, and Organization Capacity Strengthening. As a result of these focus areas he has interacted and assisted in managing the following grants; Comic Relief Fund, EJAF, LVCT, Global Fund, USAID, PEPFAR, Hesperian Health Guides, Amplify Change, Women First Fund (WFF), Right Here Right Now (RHRN), DFPA, OSIEA, UHAI, FRI, ASTRAEA, RFSU, University of Michigan (UM). His purpose is to inspire the possibilities in people and champion initiatives for their transformation, to deliver the best out of their ability to solve emerging societal issues.
